I'd like to buy a firework for my ephelant please!

As Lainey and I were working on school work today, I had given Sarah Grace a picture to color so as to keep her occupied (and to keep her from saddling up her trusty ride Felix again). As she was coloring, I heard her saying "A, I, O, U" over and over. Thinking that she might be soaking in some learning, I asked her what kind of letters those were. Her eyes got really big and she said,"Fireworks!" I was holding Abby and had to hide behind her briefly lest Sarah Grace see me laughing at her.
The fair is in Lynden this week so we're off to take it in tomorrow. We were telling the girls that we'd see horses and cows and pigs and rabbits and such. Sarah Grace said, "Yeah, we'll see horsies and rabbits and bunnies and ephelants!" She was pretty crushed when we told her there probably wouldn't be any ephelants there. In spite of the lack of pachyderms, we shall still have a good time. Perhaps we can have an elephant's ear as a substitute!
