As the hour is late and all other Grahams are in bed and I am desiring to be there myself, I shall provide you with a few random snippets from our day.
Today was Lon's 30th birthday. All was fairly quiet. I fear this will not go down in history as his best birthday ever as he wasn't feeling 100% and is really trying not to get this stomach virus I had earlier in the week.
Lon's mom arrived safely from Texas and will be here for the week. His dad arrives on Monday. We're looking forward to a good visit with them and are praying for some good weather while they're here, though at this point, that's not looking good.
The girls got to swim in their pool today and actually enjoyed it quite a bit as the temperature was a balmy 77 instead of 65 or so like the first time they got in.
A funny thing Lainey said today:
While watching "Prouse on the Hairie", a scene of town came up on the screen, she turned to me and said, "Is that Walmart Grove?" "Where," I asked. "Walmart Grove. They live in Walmart Grove." Oh I laughed (but not so she could see)!
Perhaps tomorrow will provide more blogging fodder; my only true hope is that everyone will indeed be well, especially the preacher!
