Just Hanging Out watching the Puppycats

This is often what it's like around our house with silly, silly girls! The weather was nice today so once the backyard was a little more shaded this afternoon, I took Abby outside to sit in Sarah Grace's swing. She liked it well enough and both Lainey and Sarah Grace enjoyed pushing her.

I'm so grateful that these sisters love each other and that, on the whole, they get along so well. Our home is often filled with happy sounds of tea parties, games of house, baby dolls, and lots and lots of laughter. Now, don't get me wrong, at least once each day there is a property rights dispute in need of negotiating, but overall, the sounds you hear are happy ones. I pray that these girls have happy, happy memories of their childhood and I hope that I can remember as many of their moments as possible. I suppose, in part, that's why I've created this little blog. If I write things down, perhaps I'll remember them better and if I forget, maybe someone else will be able to remind me of them.

Sarah Grace saw our neighbor walking his dog today and looking out the window said, "Oh, that's a pretty puppycat." I'm making a note to work on biology early on with the home schooling!
