Hopscotch Tuesday

As part of our next math lesson, the teacher's manual suggested playing hopscotch to help with teaching counting. As today was sunny and tomorrow will not be, we went outside today instead. I love this teaching when they don't know they're learning! Lainey had great fun and had it mastered after her first few tries.

We're planning on pulling out at 5:30 tomorrow morning to head down to Seattle to take Lainey to her doctor's appointment. Our plans to stay with friends fell through as their son has shingles and we don't want to risk our girls getting that before we head to NC next week. So, it's off to bed now for a short night of rest!
