The girls and I made some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies this evening. As I was making them and had gotten one pan out of the oven, Sarah Grace moved a stool over so she could stand on it and see a little better. She slipped off the stool and as she did, she said, "Oh, I'm married." I said, "What?" She said, "I'm married. No, I'm not." I have NO clue where that came from, but, oh, I laughed hard! I said, "I think I'll start using that when I do something I don't mean to do; 'Oh, I'm single.'" I thought I'd missed some sortof nuptial agreement in her life!
We're gearing up for our trip to NC next week. After nearly two years away, I can't wait to get there. This is the longest I've ever gone without setting foot in the Tarheel state.
